We are currently taking names & contact details we will keep you up-to-date with when we hope to be able to offer more of our taster, beginner and new-racer sessions.

Visitor Courses and Taster Sessions
Visitor and Taster Courses tend to run during the warmer weather and when the river is at its safest. Generally this will be between April and September. Courses earlier or later in the season are more likely to be affected by unpredictable river conditions.
All Courses are run by our Club Members who are qualified British Canoeing Racing Coaches.
We are currently offering two Courses in Racing Kayaks... the British Canoeing Paddle Start Award and the Paddle Discover Award.
Both great courses, the Start is the one if you are completely new to Racing Kayaks and the Discover will develop your skills further if you've been in a racing kayak a handful of times before. Either way, you'll have some fun sessions on the river.

Prices are from just £90 per person for the Paddle Start Award (3 sessions).

Places on courses can either be booked by individuals and will be for over 16s and Adults; or Exclusive Courses can be booked for family groups (min. age 12). By arrangement we may organise Junior Courses for those aged 12-16. We are not currently taking children under 10, as we think other watersports may be more suitable. Families with children 10-12 years old should discuss with us what would be best.
